We endeavour to make the probate valuation process as easy and stress free as possible. We can walk you through the process, covering all aspects of a probate valuation. After the initial visit we will promptly produce an e-copy of the probate contents valuation for you and your solicitor - with two bound hard copies following in the post within 72 hours.

We can also advise you on the history of the item, value, arrange delivery of items you wish to retain, place any items of value that you wish to sell into an appropriate auction, deliver items to charity and of course, clear the property of any remaining unwanted items.

1 | Initial Call

We will need some pertinent details such as the name of the deceased, date of death, the address of the property where the probate valuation is to be carried out.

2 | Arrange a visit

Book a valuer to view the contents at a convenient time and date. Most probate valuations do only require one hour at the property and we offer our services at £100 per hour.

3 | Receive the probate valuation

You will receive your e-copy of the report within 48 hours, and 2 bound, hard copies in the post to you and your solicitor within 3 working days. The report will be concise, and fully HMRC compliant.

4 | Post report services

We can then consign any items of value that you wish to sell into the most appropriate auction, and arrange to have any remainder unwanted items given to charity or recycled.
